Easy-To-Follow Instructions

The Revitive Medic is incredibly easy to use. Check out the below instructions to see just how intuitive it really is:

1. Sit down, place your bare feet on foot-pads and increase the intensity
2. Continue to increase the intensity until you feel a strong contraction in your calf muscles
3. Work up slowly if you need to, the machine will the start to rock once the correct intensity is met
4. Attach the body pads on to parts of the body where you also want to relieve pain and discomfort
5. Sit back, relax and let the Revitive Medic alleviate muscle aches and tenderness

How Do I Make the Most of the Revitive Medic?

To make the most of this device, we recommend using it every day for 30-60 minutes. Removing one or both of your feet from the IsoRocker will pause stimulation for up to ten minutes, so keep this in mind if your feet feel tired or need a break. To resume, simply place your feet back on and press the '+' intensity button.
