Reward Points

For every £1 you spend with us, you'll receive a reward point that you can use against your next purchase. You can even save up points and spend them all together. Our reward points are valid for up to 12 months, so you've got plenty of time to use them before they expire.

Terms and Conditions retains the right to withdraw reward points, or withdraw the reward points scheme in its entirety at any time. Redeemed points cannot be used again. Once redeemed, the points are spent and cannot be used against subsequent transactions.

If a transaction on which reward points are issued or redeemed is cancelled, reversed or not completed, we will reverse the associated reward points movement. If insufficient reward points are available, or we suspect fraud or misconduct, reward points may be refused or cancelled.

Points gathered by separate accounts cannot be merged onto one account. Points are not transferable.

Reward Points Following A Refund or Exchange

If you return a product to for a refund, the reward points associated with your account will be reduced to reflect the returned amount. Therefore, if you return an item or items to for a refund, you will not keep the reward points that you earned on that item/transaction. You will not be entitled to retain or spend your earned points for that transaction.

In the event that you have used your accrued points on another transaction, the value of the points accrued but removable from the account will be deducted from the refunded cash amount.

Reward Points Following Cancellation or Part Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation of your order or a part cancellation of your order, due to a change of mind by you, or a stock problem preventing us from shipping the order, points will only accrue on products that are sent out to you, to the value of the final amount paid by you for items dispatched.

Reward Points Associated With Your Account

Where you have placed an order with us over the telephone and you have not provided an email address, or have placed a purchase order with us, we are unable to set you up with a customer account. In the event of having a guest account or no account associated with an email address, you are unable to accrue points.
