How Exactly Does the VACOpaso Free Support A Diabetic Foot?

The VACOpaso uses a heel stability system to provide optimum support and space for the heel of a diabetic foot plus dressing. The shoe also uses a self-adjusting VACO12 sole to help prevent pressure peaks, and a rocker sole for pressure distribution, stability and physiological gait.

Is this Diabetic Foot Shoe Easy to Walk In?

You'll still be able to walk when wearing the VACOpaso Diabetic Foot Shoe as it protects and treats your diabetic foot. A stiff sole on the shoe reduces shear forces and foot rollover when walking, and a rocker sole aids in stability and gait.

How Do I Put on the VACOpaso Wound Care Shoe?

Fitting in the VACOpaso is simple and pain-free. You may find you require assistance in putting the shoe on, but please watch the video below for a visual guide on how to do so:

Designed for Wear on Either Foot

Thanks to the reversible strap design of the VASOpaso, the shoe can be worn on either the left foot or right foot. The ability to wear on either foot ensures low storage requirements, as the shoe is large and can take up space when storing.
