The wireless nature of the package reduces the threat of tripping and falling through trailing wires.

Instant Alerts

The Treadnought Floor Sensor Mat is fairly large and can be placed at the foot of the bed or at any entrance. It is activated when a patient steps onto the mat or applies pressure to it. It can be wirelessly connected to the floor pad transmitter which in turn sends signals to the monitor, allowing carers to be alerted of unassisted movements.

Prevents Accidental Slips

Sometimes hard tiled floors can be slippery, resulting in accidental falls, especially for elderly patients. The Anti-Slip Mesh Mat can be be placed underneath the Treadnought Floor Mat to provide more grip and to prevent slips.

Wireless Set-up Ensures Safety

The Floor Monitoring Package is connected wirelessly which avoids the danger of trailing wires which pose a tripping hazard.  However, the system is very versatile, and should you prefer to connect through wires, you will need a pigtail connection. It will enable you to join more than one device to the mat.
