Specially Designed Fabric
Made using specially engineered Transtex material, these Ultra-Glide Slide Sheets are coated with silicone to reduce friction. This helps to improve patient mobility while in bed so that they can be handled safely and with ease.

This Ultra-Glide Flat Slide Sheet pack is designed to be as durable as possible. Each of these slide sheets is suitable for laundering and so can be reused for continued patient comfort.
Added Patient Security
With handles along three sides of each Ultra-Glide Slide Sheet, this pack ensures safe patient handling. Attached via a flag style stitch pattern, the handles provide the carer with improved grip so that the patient can be moved securely. The handles that run along the shorter side of each sheet provide added protection for the patient's head during repositioning.

How Do I Use the Slide Sheets?
To use the Ultra-Glide Slide Sheet, position the sheet under the patient using the appropriate handling technique. When the sheet is securely in position, use the handles provided to move the patient safely.

How Do I Wash the Ultra-Glide Sheets?
To wash the Ultra-Glide Sheets after use, you must do so in accordance with the standard hospital laundry guidelines. Lightly soiled sheets may be wiped clean with a good quality, sterilisation fluid.
Please note that this product is not suitable for lifting.
