How Do I Fit the Neck Collar?

To fit the neck collar for optimal support, please follow these instructions:

1. While laying down, position the anterior back pad behind the neck with the centre directly between the ears
2.  Position the front part around the front of the neck
3. Close the straps on each side using the Velcro straps
4. Adjust the height so that the chin sits inside the chin cup
