How Does the Underwrap Work?

The Tensoban Underwrap is worn underneath adhesive bandages or tapes to protect the skin during strapping techniques. It can also be used as a pre-tape on the top of the padding layer in orthopaedic casting (plaster casting) to give a smoother and more compressed surface.

Each roll of Tensoban Underwrap measures 7cm x 20 metres. This allows you to cut the tape down to the size you require,

The underwrap is incredibly breathable, as it has been designed to allow the skin to breathe. It is also porous and water resistant, reducing the risk of skin macerations.

What Are the Materials of the Underwrap?

The Tensoban Pre-Tape Underwrap is made from polyurethane. It is also latex free, reducing the risk of irritation.
