What Size Is the Splinting Material?
The Rolyan Splinting Material measures 46 x 61cm, allowing you to cut it to the required size. It features a thickness of 2.4mm.

Reduced Bulkiness
At 2.4mm thick, this product provides moderate support with reduced weight and bulkiness. This makes it perfect for a wide range of static, dynamic splints or progressive splints where less weight is desired, such as arthritis, thumb, hand, wrist and small area splints.
Handling Characteristics of the Rolyan Ezeform Splinting Sheets

Bonding of the Rolyan Ezeform Thermoplastic Splinting Material
The Rolyan Ezeform Splinting Material is uncoated, allowing permanent bonds and the securing of strapping, padding, hinges and outriggers. The material should be heated in water at 70 - 75°C for 30 - 45 seconds, giving 2 - 3 minutes of working time.
