How Does this TENS Machine Work Exactly?

TENS stands for 'transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation'. When placed on the skin low-voltage electrical pulses emitted from the TENS machine block out pain signals that are sent to the brain which then stimulates the production of the body's natural pain killers.

Please Note: Should the electrode pads start to lose their stickiness during usage, they can be refreshed by lighting dampening the pads with water.
