How Easy Is It to Practice Sutures and Stapling with This Arm Trainer?
This Life/Form arm practice trainer is made using soft and pliable vinyl skin that allows for easy sewing. This manikin also comes with three pre-existing wounds that can be sutured repeatedly until the skin around them is finally worn out while the toughness of the vinyl skin ensures that stitches made will not pull out when tightened.
How Do I Clean the Training Arm?
To clean the training manikin after use, you can wash the surface of the arm using a mild soap and warm water.
Care and Maintenance of the Suture and Stapling Arm Trainer
- Do not use povidone-iodine prep solutions. These solutions will indelibly stain the arm
- When not in continuous use, we recommend that you store the simulator in its designated storage box, or cover with a cloth or sheet of plastic
