What Does Tilt-in-Space Mean?
Tilt-in-space refers to a pivoting system that provides a reclined, resting position that allows the patient to sit tilted forward or backwards while maintaining correct posture and pelvic stability. The angle between the chair seat and the back stays at around 110°, ensuring that the occupant does not slide into a slumped position.

Swivelling Armrests
The armrests on the Florien Elite can swivel back or be removed entirely to allow easy patient side transfers from chair-to-chair or chair-to-bed. This also gives nurses easier access to attach and use hoist equipment for patients with severe mobility issues.
