What Does This Respiratory System Model Consist Of?

The Erler-Zimmer Respiratory Model is a representation of the full respiratory system in approximately half-life size. The model consists of the lungs, trachea, and the upper respiratory tract which students can use as a visual aid when studying the respiratory system.

Patient Education Tool

Not only can this model be used for demonstrations with students, but it can also function as a patient education tool. Doctors may use this model when explaining respiratory diseases to their patients such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pulmonary fibrosis, pneumonia, and lung cancer.

Removable Stand

This Erler-Zimmer model is supplied on a base for a neat display on a desk when not in use. However, if required, the model can be removed repeatedly from the stand without causing damage.

Augmented Anatomy App

For an interactive and efficient way to study, the Erler-Zimmer Respiratory System Lungs Model can be used in conjunction with the Erler-Zimmer Augmented Anatomy app. This app can automatically recognise the respiratory system model and displays its nomenclature in augmented reality. As an Erler-Zimmer customer, you may use the app free of charge for an unlimited period of time on all common smartphones or tablets. Check out video below to see the app in action.
