What is the Erler-Zimmer 'Chester' Chest Difficult Accessing Insert (R18803B)?
The 'Chester' Chest Difficult Accessing Insert is an insert for the 'Chester' Chest Manikin which is placed in the recessed area, and when accessing the implanted port through the overlying outer tissue flap. This insert simulates a properly placed port on the upper portion of the insert or a tilting or tipping port when placed on the lower portion of the insert.
How Do I Use the 'Chester' Chest Difficult Accessing Insert?
The Difficult Accessing Insert (R18803B) should be placed in the upper left-hand corner of the manikin. The port can be placed on the upper portion of the insert to simulate a normal placing for accessing. The lower portion of this insert has a recessed area, where the port can be placed to simulate a 'tipped' port.

The 'Chester' Chest Difficult Accessing Insert R18803B is one of three inserts designed for use with the 'Chester' Chest Manikin. The inserts may be used alone or in conjunction to simulate various difficult accessing scenarios.
