It is ideal for combining with other materials to build a custom orthotic or surgical shoe for a patients who require a very thin insole that provides an extra degree of comfort and control.

The XT Foot Orthosis Blank is manufactured from carbon fibre and polypropylene for a strong yet lightweight orthotic. Unlike the heavy steel sole plates used in traditional surgical shoes, the carbon composite can be reheated and remoulded as required, and it will not creep or bottom out.
