Secure and Supportive
Positioning aids must be as secure as possible, as they are only effective if the proper positions are able to be held throughout therapy. The side walls of the wedge offer lateral support while ensuring the child's arms are flexed forward. To secure the child's position, the wedges feature hook-and-loop straps to maintain reliable positioning.
Versatile Therapeutic Options
These wedges feature varying elevations on either side, making them highly versatile and adaptable. One side of each Tumble Forms 2 BiForm Wedge is 5cm (2") deeper than the other side to offer more positioning options in a single wedge. The wedges can also be nested together for even more prone and supine positioning options.
Positioning for Activities
Children with motor or sensory deficits can often benefit from positioning aids when attempting to focus on an activity or task. These wedges are ideal for encouraging focus on up-close activities, as when the wedge is placed on the lower side it enables the child to weight bear on their forearms.
