Can I Reuse the Pads Supplied?

It's perfectly fine to reuse the TENS pads provided, although you shouldn't share them with anyone else. To get the best results with every use, always check that they're in good condition and that your skin is clean and dry before applying them.

How Long Can I Use the Perfect TENS per Session?

There is no exact time limit for using the TENS, although you should re-position the electrode pads every 12 hours to help your skin breathe and discontinue use if you notice any skin irritation. If used for several hours, you may stop noticing the beneficial effect of the TENS and should take at least an hour's break before starting again. Using a setting that stimulates your muscles for more than 40 minutes may also cause aching muscles.
