The Roho cushion is constructed from interconnected air cells that provide an adjustable, low deformation, counter-pressure environment. This aids in the healing of ischemic ulcers (pressure sores at the base of the spine, lower lumbar and around the buttocks).

Dry Flotation Technology

The Roho Low Profile cushion works on the principle of dry flotation. This allows the cushion to track and move with the client, decreasing shear and friction. Constant restoring forces provide flotation, and low surface tension allows immersion and envelopment, decreasing tissue deformation.

The cushion's neoprene has been treated to reduce friction, and small individual cells move with the patient to reduce shearing and make movement easier. These features work together to provide an exceptional level of pressure relief, helping to prevent pressure ulcers in high risk patients.

Low Profile Design

Just 6cm thick, the Roho Pressure Relief Cushion provides exceptional pressure relief in a low profile design. This is ideal for patients or users who are looking for a cushion with greater discretion.
