Designed for use by insole manufacturers when building flat foot orthoses or low-heeled surgical shoes, the NRG Flat Rigid Carbon and Glass Fibre Foot Orthotic Plate is ideal for withstanding heavy use without cracking. It is provided here with a thickness of 2.8mm and with a tough polyolefin matrix construction that is perfect for limiting excessive or unwanted motion to treat conditions such as turf toe (hallux rigidus).

Yes, the NRG Flat Foot Plate can be adjusted using heat. The recommended forming temperature is between 210 - 250°C.
