Designed for use by shoe insole manufacturers when building foot orthoses, the NRG Contoured Semi-Flexible Carbon and Glass Fibre Foot Orthotic Plate is ideal for making insoles that are thinner, more flexible and with room for more padding. It is provided here with a thickness of 1.8mm and with a high performance graphite construction that makes it ideal for use in the treatment of conditions such as turf toe (hallux rigidus).

The Semi-Flexible Foot Plate is designed specifically for use by podiatrists and orthotics manufacturers when building a custom foot orthosis. The foot plate can be combined with other materials to offer the patient a custom orthotic or surgical shoe that will limit motion to assist with the treatment of such conditions as turf toe (hallux rigidus).

Designed to be used alongside other materials to create a foot orthotic or surgical shoe, the NRG Contoured Foot Plate is highly customisable. It is easy to bond using conventional adhesives, and is also easy to fit and finish.
Can I Adjust the Contoured Foot Plate Using Heat?
Yes, the NRG Contoured Foot Plate can be adjusted using heat. The recommended forming temperature is 210° - 250°C.
