Designed for use by professional manufacturers when building foot orthoses, the NRG Contoured Rigid Carbon and Glass Fibre Foot Orthotic Plate is made from a tough polyolefin matrix that combines the best properties of carbon and glass fibre. It is provided here with a thickness of 2.8mm and is ideal for limiting unwanted motion to help treat conditions such as turf toe (hallux rigidus).

The foot plate can be combined with other materials to offer the patient a custom orthotic or surgical shoe that will limit motion to assist with the treatment of such conditions as turf toe (hallux rigidus).

Can I Adjust the Contoured Foot Plate Using Heat?

Yes, the NRG Contoured Foot Plate can be adjusted using heat. The recommended forming temperature is 210° - 250°C.
