The Microlab ML3500MK8S Desktop Spirometer with Gold Standard Turbine is highly portable and beautifully designed. Alongside MicroMedical’s acclaimed precision "Gold Standard" digital volume transducer – especially suited to measuring very low flow rates in patients with COPD – this spirometer features a wide angle, high-resolution colour touch-screen.

How Does MicroMedical Spirometry PC Software Work?

The software is structured around Spida 5, which offers a user-friendly, modern, multi-window visual interface. Using the software it is possible to measure up to 41 spirometry indices. It is also possible to perform open and closed loop test techniques and the overlaying of previous test curves.

It also contains extensive search facilities together with lung age calculation and textual and graphical interpretations of the results. Combined with its convenient print functions, this makes the MicroMedical Spirometry Software perfect for maintaining a discrete individual diagnostic perspective across a large number of patients.
