Designed to improve comfort for patients during echocardiography sessions, the Medicare Electric Echocardiography Couch with Electric Tilt is an adjustable couch fitted with practical features. It is constructed with an antibacterial powder-coated frame for improved hygiene, and includes a specially designed stool for practitioner comfort. Enhances Comfort
The Echocardiography Couch helps to ease examinations and echocardiography ultrasound sessions for patients by boosting their comfort. As the backrest and foot section can both be adjusted, and with the ability to alter the couch into a Tredelenbug tilt to -15°, patients can sit or lie at a much more accommodating angle. Not only does this improve their comfort, but it may in turn improve their overall relaxation during treatments.
The couch also features an integral footrest for the clinician when conducting traditional right-hand scanning. Together with the included specially designed stool, this helps to boost comfort, and in turn safety, during sessions.
Safer Access
With a height range of between 50cm and 103cm, the Electric Echocardiography Couch improves safety for both patient and examiner by ensuring patients can access the couch easier and reducing the need for examiners to bend down unnecessarily. When the couch is purchased with the retractable wheel design, it includes an adjustable foot for stability, allowing the couch to be manoeuvred and then steadily set in place as required.
Improves Hygiene
The frame of the Medicare Echocardiography Couch is antibacterially powder coated. This makes it a practical option for medical environments where good hygiene maintenance is paramount to ensuring patient health and safety.
Choice of Wheel Types
The Echocardiography Couch can be purchased with either central-locking or retractable castors. Please see the difference below:
- Retractable Castors: The couch is set on fixed legs while a patient is lying on it. The wheels can be used for moving the couch, but only when there are no patients using the couch.
- Central-Locking Castors: The couch can be moved with a patient lying on it.
Available Colours
The Medicare Echocardiography Couch is available in a choice of 15 colours. The following colours are available: Brown, Black, Burgundy, Canard, Cream, Dark Blue, Dark Grey, Light Grey, Lotus Green, Olive, Pepper, Poterie, Red, Sky Blue, and White.

Extended Warranty
SEERS Medical products have an extended warranty for peace of mind. SEERS Medical offer a five-year warranty on hydraulic and electric actuators, and a five-year unconditional guarantee on all parts, excluding damage to upholstery.
