EasySlide Medium Sliding Aid
Users with limited to severely reduced abilities are often permanently confined to the bed, and are therefore more at risk of developing pressure sores. The EasySlide Sliding Aid is designed for the carers of normal-weighted users to facilitate the turning process. The EasySlide is very gentle for people in pain, and the load on the carer is reduced due to easier and lighter transfers.
Features of the EasySlide Medium Sliding Aid
- The outside of the EasySlide is made of microfibres, which are gentle against the body
- Straps for fastening the sliding mat guarantee that it lies correctly in the bed
- The inside is made of unique ultra low friction sliding material ULF
- Reduces the friction under the user, thus very little force is required for the turning process

Helpful for Bedridden Patients
EasySlide is mainly designed for users who are bedridden, with severely reduced functional abilities, often in intensive care units. By reducing the friction underneath the user, turning is performed easily and painlessly for both user and carer.
Good hygiene is a factor which also contributes to the prevention of pressure sores, and EasySlide can therefore be delivered with a removable protective cover if required.

The dimensions of the EasySlide Sliding Aid are 140 x 90cm (56" x 36").
Care Instructions for the EasySlide Sliding Aid
The EasySlide Sliding Aid should be washed at 70°C and tumble-dried at low temperatures (approximately 45-50°C). Do not use rinse/fabric softener and avoid tumble-drying at high temperatures for optimal service life. The EasySlide should also not be ironed.
