Clean-Up Scoop for Biohazardous Waste

For easy removal of solidified bodily fluids, the Clean Up Scoop For Biohazardous Waste is the perfect tool to use to guarantee simple clean up while avoiding direct exposure.

Why Are Body Fluids a Hazard?

Bodily fluids can contain bacteria and pathogens that can increase risk of exposure to blood-borne viruses such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV. Fluids such as sweat, tears, vomit or urine can contain and pass on these viruses when blood is present in the fluid. All body fluids should be treated as potentially infectious.

Quick Clean Up

Used together with the Super Absorbent Granules for Fluids, the scoop can collect fluids that have been absorbed and turned into a gel, allowing for quick and easy clean up using little intervention.

What Size is the Scoop?

The Biohazardous Waste Scoop has the following dimensions:

  • Length: 20cm (including handle)
  • Width: 6.5cm
  • Depth: 5cm

Keep As a Spare

The scoop has been designed for the intended purpose of removing bio-hazardous waste and materials. It is a perfect item to have either as a spare, standalone tool, or to replenish a Biohazard Kit.
