How Much Movement Does the BeneCare Wrist Support Provide?

The BeneCare Wrist Support will compress the entire wrist, however movement in your fingers isn't compromised. This means that you can still grab, grip, pull and push things without your ability to move hands compromised. The Wrist Brace will offer support and stability during use, but you should still be able to go about your day with full movement.

Can I Play Sports While Wearing the Wrist Support?

If you play sports such as rugby, tennis and football, you are at higher risk of sustaining a wrist injury. The BeneCare Wrist Support is designed to be used while playing sport, with its non-restrictive design ensuring that you have enough movement to play to the best of your ability. Despite the warm compression that it provides, it will become a problem while out on the field.

How Does the BeneCare Wrist Support Work?

Neoprene is designed to retain heat, which is why the BeneCare Wrist Support features a full neoprene construction that keeps heat within the support. Heat is known to reduce resting muscle tension and to relax any painful knots, leading to a speedier healing rate. This is combined with compression, which increases your blood flow which also helps to increase the rate of recovery.

How Lightweight Is the BeneCare Wrist Support?

You might be concerned that using this brace while playing sports might be a bit of a problem. Well you needn't be worried, as the lightweight brace is designed to fit around your hand without leading to any discomfort. It is so light, there's a good chance that you'll forget that it is even there.
