Baseline Scoliometer

An essential tool for detecting and diagnosing scoliosis, the Baseline Scoliometer also provides measurements of lumbosacral, cervical and thoracic curve in order to help detect abnormal anteroposterior curves. Data from these measurements can then be calibrated in centimetres, millimetres and degrees.

What is Scoliosis?

Scoliosis is a condition that causes the spine to twist and curve to the side. It is most common in children between the ages of 10 and 15. As scoliosis usually does not improve on its own, diagnosing it early and choosing the right course of treatment is extremely important.
